What does a workers’ compensation attorney do?

I primarily represent injured workers, protecting their rights and fighting for fair treatment after a workplace injury. I help clients secure medical care, income benefits, and fair compensation, and I step in when benefits are delayed or denied. I also work to empower injured workers to safely return to the workforce without sacrificing their health. I advise select, local, employers directly on compliance with workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
